It's no secret that I love to work out. What may actually be a secret, though, is that one of the reasons I do it 4-6 times each week, is literally for my own sanity! There is a history of depression in my family and I like to fight mine with the most natural remedy I have found that you and I both already have...our bodies! When we use our bodies to get up off the coach and exercise, I promise you will feel better.

Obviously I am not a doctor but I certainly know how I feel after my endorphins kick in during a workout. The endorphin rush is one of the reasons I try to get my workouts done in the am. It is an awesome way to start the day when I am soooo not a morning person because it makes me feel like I actually CAN make it through the day and feel awesome.
